1. THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES

1.1 BASIC RATE INCLUDES

• Half-empty fuel policy.

• The vehicle will be delivered with half a tank of fuel (between € 30,- and € 65,- depending

on the hired car group) and you can return it empty. We don´t charge refuelling service.

1.2 COMFORT PACK RATE INCLUDES

• Fuel policy same-same. As a general rule it will be half-half.

• The vehicle will be returned with the same fuel level as it was rented. If it is not returned with the same fuel

level, the amount corresponding to the missing fuel will be charged. We do not charge refueling service.

• Partial Damage Cover and theft with excess (CDW) and occupants insurance.

• FREE additional driver.

• FREE road assistance.

• Free cancellations & amendments.

• Unlimited mileage.

• VAT included.

• Fully comprehensive insurance WITHOUT EXCESS, occupants insurance and insurance against theft

(always and only when the keys of the car are returned and the theft has been reported to the closest police

station). To avoid the car being stolen with its keys make sure you keep an eye on the keys at all time.

respond to this email with the correct flight number. In any case, should you have any changes to make

to your booking please don´t hesitate in advising us by responding to this email. All bookings must include

obligatorily a correct flight number. Please check all details before sending the form as any incorrect

information will automatically make the booking void. The same applies for delivery in the train station

in Málaga or the cruise terminal of the port of Málaga.

3. DETAILS OF THE CAR COLLECTION

3.1 COLLECTION AT MÁLAGA AIRPORT

After collecting your luggage please DO NOT GO DOWNSTAIRS to the car rental desks but exit the sliding

doors at the arrivals hall where you will find one of our representatives waiting with a MalagaCar.com sign.

THEY WILL ASSIGN AN IDENTIFICATION NUMBER TO ENSURE YOUR TURN IN THE MINIBUS AND

MalagaCar, but this is not true. It is very easy to recognize us as our logo can be found on the contracts,

uniforms, car keys, mini bus, etc.

3.2 COLLECTION AT MÁLAGA TRAIN STATION MARIA ZAMBRANO

After leaving the platform go to the main exit of the station. Just outside the exit you will find one of our

representatives with a MalagaCar.com sign who will identify himself as an employee of the company.

Our office is located in the airport area. The employee WILL ASSIGN YOU AN IDENTIFYING NUMBER TO

ENSURE YOUR TURN IN THE MINIBUS AND OUR OFFICE once you have arrived with our free minibus service.

An orange minibus of Malagacar.com will pick you up to take you in a short trip of 7 kilometres (around 15 minutes)

to our offices. You can easily recognize us by our logo, which you will find in contracts, uniforms, vehicle keys, etc.

The car will be returned in our office located at Malaga Airport area. Our free minibus will pick you up to Malaga

at the time of picking up the vehicle, MalagaCar.com reserves the right to charge the Excess amount as a deposit

which will be returned to the client at the end of the contract if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions.

Otherwise you will be charged according to the damage up to the amount marked in the chart).

4.1 Vehicles that are in groups A, B, C have an all risk insurance with € 1.000,- excess. The additional insurance to

cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is € 15,- per day with a minimum of € 35,- and a maximum

of € 210,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is € 7.50 per day.

4.2 Vehicles that are in groups AA, CA, CE, D, DA, EA, EC, EE, L, LC, LD, LF, LG, LH, LI, PA, PB, PC, PE, PF, PG,

PH, PL, PQ, SA, SB, SE, SF, XA, XB, XC, XD have an all risk insurance with € 1.200,- excess. The additional

insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is € 21,- per day with a minimum of € 63,-

and a maximum of € 273,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is € 10,- per day.

4.3 Vehicles that are in groups LJ, LK, LL, LM, LN, LO, LS, LX, PU, PV, PZ, SM, SO, XG, XH, XJ, XM, XN, XQ, XU

For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is € 14,- per day.

0-25 km = € 75,- / 25-50 km = € 110,- / 50-100 km = € 170,- / 100-150 km = € 220,- /

150-250 km = € 350,- / + 250 km = € 30,- service + € 1,30 / km

6. GPS - NAVIGATION SYSTEM

The cost for the rental of a GPS navigation system is € 5,- per day with a minimum of € 15,- and a

maximum of € 50,- per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is € 1,80 per day.

There will be required a deposit of € 100,-

7.2 Isofix Baby seat on request can be rented subject to availability or type of car equipped with Isofix at the cost of

From 15 to 36 kg and 3 to 12 years old: Booster Seat. In case of renting any of the child restraint devices available,

the client will be responsible for their suitability, use and placement in the vehicle.

9. PAYMENT

Payment is completed upon collection of your vehicle with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit/debit card.

10. DRIVERS AGE

10.1 Groups A, AA, B, C, CA, CE, D, DA.

21 years of age and must have been in possession of a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.

Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in possession of his driving license between

1 and 4 years a surcharge of € 6,50 per day is applicable with a minimum of € 17,- and a maximum of € 79,-

for a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is € 4,- day.

10.2 Groups EA, EC, EE, PA, PB, PC, PE, PF, PG, PH, PL, PQ, SA, SB, XA, XB, XC, XD, XJ.

25 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years.

There is no upper age limit applicable. Should the driver be younger than 25 years of age or have been in

the price is € 4,80 per day.

27 years of age and having been in possession of a valid driving license for at least 5 years.

11. OTHER DETAILS OF INTEREST

11.1 Damages to the interior of the car, clutch, loss of keys, refuelling the wrong fuel type.

In the event that the car receives any damage, a damage management fee of € 50,- will be applied,

except there has been contracted the full-risk insurance or Full Pack rate.

11.2 If the vehicle receives a fine during the rental period the lessee or main driver is held responsible.

11.3 MalagaCar.com offers a 2 hour courtesy period after the end time of the contracted rental without charge.

11.4 You are not allowed to leave Spain (Peninsula) except traveling to Portugal or Gibraltar, amounting € 8,- per day,

with a minimum of € 24,- and a maximum of € 90,- and a rental period not exceeding 28 days. For rentals of 29

11.9 The company is not responsible for lost items. Please check your vehicle well when you return it.

Extension must always be made by email contacting our booking department.
